After years of research, the Aitme team created a prototype of an autonomous robot capable of preparing fresh meals on demand with consistent quality and safety. This marked a new era in food robotics.

After acquiring Aitme, we merged our technology with their platform. The resulting CA-1 prototypes were tested in real-world environments, generating millions of data points and user feedback that fueled rapid, iterative development.
Following the CA-1 prototype launch, continuous testing and real-world insights improved performance, refined the user experience, and guided the product toward scalable deployment.

In 2024, we signed a manufacturing agreement with Celestica, a top high-tech manufacturer in Europe, the US, and China. They enable rapid rollout and scalable operations, trusted by leaders like Boeing, Nissan, and Dell.
Through the acquisition of FullyAI, we strengthened Circus with cutting-edge AI capabilities, elevating guest interactions and streamlining workflows for smarter, personalized experiences.
In April 2025, we launched the CA-1 Series 4 with upgrades in efficiency and precision. We also introduced the CA-M: the world’s first autonomous AI-robotics system to fuel troops in high-risk territory and remote field operations.

The CA-1 Series 4 rollout started in September with deployment at Meta in Munich. It continued with the first units at REWE, marking the start of a broader expansion across major partners.
Our next phase focuses on accelerating production, scaling deployments across Europe, particularly in defence, retail, mobility, healthcare, and enterprise. Global expansion into North America and Asia will follow.

With more than 30 years of international sales experience, Frank Holtey is responsible for the overall commercial strategy of the Circus Group. He joined Circus in 2024 as Director of Global Affairs and has since built key international business relationships - including strategic key accounts such as REWE.As CCO, Frank leads the areas of Sales, Strategy, Marketing, Partner Relations, and Customer Experience. He is driving global expansion at a time when Circus is accelerating the scaling of its CA-1 AI robot with major clients such as REWE and Meta, while simultaneously expanding its presence in the European defense sector.
