We entered food service with the CA-1, our autonomous cooking system, and built an autonomy stack designed to travel far beyond a single machine. On that same stack, we are expanding our portfolio with the CA-M for mission-critical outdoor use cases (deploying from 2027) and the CA-A for compact-format environments where high accessibility meets industrial reliability. Each configuration addresses a different customer segment — from retail and industrial catering to healthcare, hospitality, and defense — all powered by one shared intelligence layer.The core value driver is the ecosystem we are building around the robots: a proprietary software layer, our own ingredient supply chain, and a service-and-maintenance network that together turn every deployment into a scalable, defensible ecosystem.

Hardware revenue combines with recurring software, high-margin ingredient, service, and supply-chain economics — a compounding advantage in which every rollout makes the network smarter, more efficient, and more valuable. This end-to-end ecosystem — not the robot alone — is our moat and our path to full autonomy.
