Munich, 24 November 2025 - Based on existing customers, Circus expects revenues of
between €44 million and €55 million for the coming fiscal year 2026. Due to continued
scaling, EBITDA is expected to be negative between €6 million and €8 million. The company
anticipates that earnings will gradually improve as deliveries scale up and the share of
recurring software revenues grows.
In order to achieve potentially higher sales and earnings targets, the company is currently
considering raising additional growth capital in the form of equity or debt capital. No decision
has been made with respect to scope, structure or timing of any such measures.
